So you are claiming to have personal experience as a victim and you believe that entitles you to make "expert" claims about what victims supposedly do and don't remember, but are offended because I asked if you are claiming to be a victim?

Define "claiming" to be a victim. I'm asserting a fact. Do you think I'm lying?

    Facts can be proven.

Assertions without evidence are inconclusive, as forgotten Feminazi Ford would doubtless be able to tell you.

Playing the victim card in order to make unsupported claims about the nature of victims' selective recollections is laughable.

There is no "playing the victim card" except in your overworked imagination. This is just a transparent attempt to continue vilifying Dr. Ford and we both know it.

People who have the same experiences as others, whether good or bad, are more credible than those who haven't.

    Says what standard of evidence?

Are you claiming to have expert knowledge of forgotten Feminazi Ford's "forgotten" details?

Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a complaint to the Board of Professional Responsibility of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals of Debra S. Katz, Lisa J. Banks, and Michael R. Bromwich for violating the rules of professional responsibility in their representation of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee during the hearings on the nomination of the Honorable Brett Kavanaugh.

According to the Judicial Watch complaint, by not informing their client Dr. Ford that Sen. Chuck Grassley, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee offered in a letter to “fly female staff investigators to meet Dr. Ford… in California, or anywhere else, to obtain (her) testimony,” Katz, Banks, and Bromwich violated the following District of Columbia Rules of Professional Conduct:

Rule l.4(a) – A lawyer shall keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter and promptly comply with reasonable requests for information.

Rule 1.4(b) – A lawyer shall explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation.

This is going to turn ugly against the radical leftist attorneys representing Ford but this may only be the tip of the iceberg when it comes to who else used Ford in the construct of the Kavanaugh lynching.

It was Dianne Feinstein, the ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, who violated the ethics of the Senate by originally recommending Debra Katz to Ford and then sitting on Ford’s letter for 45 days.

Wouldn’t Ballsy be the one to have to file a complaint?

This is getting exciting. Would you like to put me under oath before I answer?

You have a motive to lie. I could arrange an interrogation.

    1. That motive being...?

    2. Interrogation on or off the record?

    Partisan, of course.

I'd need probable cause for an official interview.
