I realize the analogy will go WAY over the heads of you barrel-strokers, but try to think about it for just a moment.

Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it.

Rights and behaviors as i said.
Sorry, but where did the law allow others to use the "Stand your ground" law to the extent that this shop owner thought he had the right to kill the shoplifter? Where do cops get the idea that they can shoot unarmed citizens in the back while they are running away, and then claim they feared for their olives? Or a 12 year old with a pellet gun?

Like all rights, if not restricted you can bet your ass that someone is going to abuse them.

The right remains the same. The behaviors are specified.
I get that you disagree with specifications. So see to getting them changed.
But cease and desist on what you like to call rights.

I am sorry your education background does not allow you to understand the concept I am presenting. Perhaps this will help:

Also, could you please link us to the NRA website which has bump stocks for sale.

Oh and yeah, banning bump stocks will solve the problem.

I think what we really need are restrictions on left wing loons.
Logic has no place in this discussion, sir.

So you're supposed to wait, until they either swing it you or hit you with it??

First off, are you saying that the Cops knew the 12 year old was only armed with a pellet gun??
