Its not the way the Saudis do things.
Not a full week for an excuse. Sorry. Doesn't hold water.

His religious origin was Wahhabism. Becoming a radical jihadist sympathizer made him an enemy to the Prince who is attempting to distance the Kingdom from Islamic radicalism.

    Why would they lol?

Since when do the Saudis care about what any American President thinks? Nineteen Saudi nationals committed the biggest single act of war on US soil and nothing happened to the Saudis.

And people think they’d worry about our response for killing a single journalist? Assuming they even did it.

Some call that a distinction without a difference.

And they have a good argument.

Well, guess what, pally? The Saudis have been lying all along, haven’t they. Killed a WaPo journalist and a US resident. Trump said there would be serious consequences if it were found out he was murdered.

    We’re waiting.
    ...for facts lol.

An autopsy would be nice. If the Saudis were behind it you can assume it was for reasons *other than* what is being reported by the media. And WashPo should be considered the least objective source since their writers knew Khashoggi personally.

WashPo and the other usual media suspects have all fallen in line behind the narrative that Khashoggi was a cuddly liberal dissident. The fact is Khashoggi was an Islamist. Moreover, he was associated with OBL. I don’t buy the story that he was in Saudi consulate on marriage license business. That’s just not plausible. There had to be another reason he would take such an obvious risk.

Khashoggi was at odds with the Saudi leadership—but not because he envisioned a Jeffersonian democracy in SA. Maybe that was why they killed him—and there can easily be other reasons because it’s almost certain we don’t know the whole story.

Trump is doing the right thing in not jumping the gun.

kudzu is attempting to divert attention from the lying Sauds by smearing the victim.
What this means, should you swallow it as at least three ' thankers ' of this horseshit have done- is that every murder victim should have a background check to see if he/she deserved it. That such checks are made by those with their heads up the murderers' asses is of no consequence.

You're a disgrace, kudzu. You've sold out to brutality.

I have no idea if that's true, at any rate to the best of my knowledge the Muslim Brotherhood is not a designated international terrorist organization, I wonder if you even knew who this guy was three weeks ago, and finally and most importantly your comment is irrelevant.

Killing journalists and repression of a free press is never acceptable.

Smearing the victim isn't going to work, kudzu.

Your Saudi political assassination course is out of date.

Libya’s Recent Parliamentary Elections Said No to Muslim Brotherhood

Holding on to power in Libya is crucial to the Muslim Brotherhood’s survival, as well as for Libya’s vast oil riches to bankroll any comeback for them in the region. The recent parliamentary elections in Libya dealt a heavy blow to the Muslim Brotherhood and their allies. Fewer than 25 of the 200-member parliament are Muslim Brotherhood or allied with the group. According to the Constitutional Declaration, the location of the new parliament will be in the eastern city of Benghazi, far away from their stronghold in the western region, where their Misrata and Libyan Revolutionaries’ Room militias are very powerful.

The battle of the Tripoli Airport has implications beyond ousting the Zintan militia. For the Muslim Brotherhood, it is a matter of survival. The new parliament will be out of their control, and power and may quickly begin to reverse legislation and cut the revenue stream for their militias.

Egypt, and several other countries..... Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Syria also consider the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization.

I think that refers to the Hiftar governement that went to Tobruk and Bengazi.
After the Battle of Tripoli Airport, if I recall
