There is nothing more costly and yet more worthless than a second rate military. Democrats have constantly been opposed to military spending. Now we are paying the price to rebuild our military, after years of neglect. So who is really responsible for this deficit?

Utter nonsense. We are still building engines for obsolete weaponry that the Pentagon doesn't want. Any third grader will tell you that the 'wars' of the present/future will be cyberwars. We seem to be getting our asses kicked rather nicely on that battlefield, no matter how much we bloat the military.
