    Default DEMOCRATS in the news

RAPED BY A DEMOCRAT? THEN "BELIEVE ALL WOMEN" DOESN'T APPLY

The woman who accused a senior staffer in DEMOCRAT Gov. Phil Murphy 's administration of sexually assaulting her while he worked for Murphy's campaign last year is a state official who says she is now telling her story because she has "received no justice."

Katie Brennan, who volunteered for the campaign and is chief of staff at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, detailed her allegations against Albert J. Alvarez publicly for the first time in a story published by the Wall Street Journal.

"I have pursued every form of justice available," Brennan, 31, of Jersey City, continued. "But it has become clear that this system is not built for survivors."

Multiple media outlets published reports this week citing anonymous sources saying Alvarez faced allegations of sexual assault while he worked as director of Latin and Muslim outreach for Murphy's campaign.

Alvarez, 44, was never charged with a crime.

The FBI is looking into the office of the New York City district attorney office amid allegations of dropped cases against high-profile subjects whose lawyers made donations to Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance Jr.'s campaign.

FBI agents are seeking information regarding the decision-making process of Vance, a DEMOCRAT, and his staff relating to certain well-connected and influential subjects, according to a report in the New York Daily News.

Vance’s office was criticized in 2015 after it decided not to pursue allegations of sexual assault against Hollywood film producer Harvey Weinstein. Weinstein's lawyers donated thousands of dollars to Vance before and after that decision.

Default Fauxcahontas lied in her 2012 campaign too #LIEawatha

A group of influential minority legal associations passed a resolution last year calling on law schools to require “sufficient documentation of Native American citizenship” from law school applicants to prevent “academic ethnic fraud.”

The resolution signed on July 2011 by the Coalition of Bar Associations of Color faults the practice known as “box checking,” and says law schools perpetuate the problem because they do not want their minority enrollment numbers to decline.

The issue has become a heated topic in the Massachusetts Senate race, as Republicans have questioned why Harvard Law School at one time promoted Elizabeth Warren’s Native American ancestry in the Harvard Crimson newspaper when it was under fire for a lack of diversity in its faculty.

Default Judge denies Muslim DEMOCRAT the chance to keep his file secret; won't allow redact

TOP DEMOCRAT LOSES BID TO KEEP SCANDAL UNDER WRAPS

The Minnesota Court of Appeals has denied Ellisons’ attempt to block the release of his file.

The divorce file is expected to be unsealed today, following a District Court order issued last week by a Hennepin County Family Court referee. Ellison had petitioned the state Court of Appeals to delay that order and keep the divorce file sealed until given a chance to redact “confidential information” from the documents it contains.

But Judge Renee Worke determined Tuesday that Ellsion did not meet the requirements necessary to hold off on making the file public.
