Not so sure about Netanyahu but yes they do. Olmert came the closest in 2008 and he told Abbas at the time that if he didn't accept it would be 50 years before another offer would be made. I think the charges against Olmert were trumped up by reactionary forces in Israel and that resulted in Netanyahu getting back. There no doubt that there's be a Palestinian state if Olmert wasn't removed from power. I also think.that Hamas had a lot to do with helping the reactionary forces to get Olmert.
