Not much changes with multiverse (which is truly fascinating).

There are the same kinds of flaws w/ the idea of a beginner/creator that just always "was" as there are with theories that involve more spontaneous yet equally inexplicable origins.

I believe in god, but never really understood the idea that the lack of explanation for how things came into being necessitated the idea of a god. It's just as implausible that an all-powerful being just always existed.

Faith is believing something is factual with no evidence. Even you know this. I have no personal experience with that myself.

only if you presume that like every instance of a multiverse that being is matter subject to the effect of physical laws.....

There is no irony here. Someone who says they don't believe in God due to a lack of evidence is not in the same philosophical boat as someone who says they do believe in God even with no evidence.

    That sure sounds convenient.

Sorry, but if you're applying logic, the need for a beginning is relevant to things both in & outside the physical plane.

only if I am applying YOUR logic......you assume a foundational premise that simply isn't there.......an entity outside of our physical universe simply does not have to be bound to the rules of our physical universe.....

Neither does the beginning of the universe, if you're going to go there w/ it.
