Did you read the study? It's not referring to actual psychosis. Instead, it's a matter of psychosis being positively correlated with tough-mindedness, risk-taking, sensation-seeking, impulsivity, and authoritarianism. It's about which political faction tends to score higher in those measures, taken as a group. So, what they're saying here is that the study mistakenly reported that conservatives were more tough-minded, risk-taking, etc., but that the data was reversed, so in fact it's the liberals who tend to be more tough-minded, and so on.
