To allow their child that survived the first attempt to kill it you then give them a second go around at it? In the first place, their is no moral argument to justify killing your own child. However, to allow one to kill the child after the abortion process has failed, that is just plain sick.

I feel it's their 'tissue', their DNA, their 'property'. Who am I to dictate what they do with their own 'flesh and blood'?

Their choice???? The father has no say. It's all up to the mother to choose birth or not. But if she chooses birth, the father is then stuck with 18 years of child support. Money the mother spends on herself!!

We need a court that will say "The tenth amendment makes abortion a state issue and thus each state is free to make its own abortion laws."
