My take is the Blue Wave is entirely possible—but less likely, after recent events. Democrats have tainted themselves as The Unhinged Mob party; democrats need independents and swing voters and that sort of behavior doesn’t play well outside of the Blue Bubble.
And I don’t see them ‘shaking the taint’ before the election. But we’ll see what happens.
