    Default Stephen Colbert writer

A writer for Stephen Colbert, Ariel Dumas says about Kavanaugh “Whatever happens, I’m just glad we ruined Brett life”.
This is what the Democratic Party is all about today.
My father (a Democrat) is Rolling in his grave.

Where is the outrage from everyone in this country.
Dumas is a disgusting individual that should be fired.

I wish that they had ruined the motherfucker's life, but they didn't.
That's still something that needs to be done.

If you study applied statistics you'll learn that sample-size, and representative sampling are essential for accurate / useful statistical assessment.

You have mischaracterized a group of 10's of millions on basis of one anecdote. And your single sample example isn't even randomly chosen. It (she) is a statistical outlier.

There's no denying the accusation is alarming.

But I'd need to know more about the accusation before I drew a preliminary conclusion about Ariel Dumas. I surely wouldn't extrapolate that conclusion to apply to the entire Democrat party.

One of two things is true.

Either you're s a v v y enough to know these defects in your assertion / conclusion, but take those of us that post here for fools.

Or you are genuinely ignorant of these basics of statistics.

Which would you like us to think?
    - You're crooked? Or

    - you're ignorant?
"It should be obvious to anyone why conservatives and libertarians should be against Trump. He has no grounding in belief. No core philosophy. No morals. No loyalty. No curiosity. No empathy and no understanding. He demands personal loyalty and not loyalty to the nation. His only core belief is in his own superiority to everyone else. His only want is exercise more and more personal power." smb / purveyor of fact 18/03/18

    Yes.
Many a Republican responds to the Democrat party with the exclamation: "Ick!"

    Good catch.

That is a stupid statement on your part.

I didn’t defend Cosby, Clinton or any of them republicans or democrats.
They went through the court system.
The allegations against Cosby had merit. There was enough evidence to convict.

Your not a bright person so I’m not going to continue to example the importance of evidence and the presumption of innocence. Your a 20 watt bulb in a 100 watt world.

You will have to explain to me the relationship between defending Cosby and the disgusting comment by Dumbass (Dumus).

I’ve been around the block a few times. I come from a democratic family.
My father was blue collar union labor guy.

The Democrats politicians have mostly gone from moderates to far left leaning toward socialism.
I would have to say 80% of the population are moderates with slight lean to right or left. This is the majority that work and raise families.

Unfortunately you have 10% crazy far right and 10% crazy far left.
The media is attracted to the far left and would appear to support them. It is the far left crazies that get the attention from the media. How do they get attention? They tear down monuments, they put on ski masks and run through the streets damaging property during Trump swearing in, they have organized activists who get paid to cause trouble and chaos. Look at Max Waters advocating harassment against Trump supporters. Look at the guy they recently arrested for giving out personal information (phone numbers and addresses of senators that support Kavanaugh). He worked for several democratic leaders including Feinstein.

My question to you if you don’t see the tactics are you crooked or ignorant.

If the writer was a Trump supporter it would have made national news and he would have been fired. Compare the outcome of Roseann Barr and Amy Schumer.
