    We are obviously going to need to "shore up" insufficient building codes in the coastal southeast US due to man caused global climate change.
    Thankfully that issue is local and the bleating negativity from the right wing oil industry and and their orange puppet can't do anything to stop us from making
    good decisions, though they'd like to. The problem will be fighting local builders and developers who won't want increased construction costs, more careful consideration
    of storm surges in considering new builds, and all the real considerations that affect good people, things that they don't give a crap about so long
    as they get the deal done, the shantys constructed and run madly to the bank. Michael makes clear nothing in Mexico Beach was built to withstand 150 mph carbon fueled winds.
