They did not "refuse"....but if you have a link where the FBI was actually blocked from investigating someone they felt would have been helpful to the check, let me know. I'll read it...

FBI director testified before Congress yesterday. Maybe it's time for you to change the channel?

OK...link? Where they were denied the ability to interview. I'm not changing the Food Network or the Big Ten Channel...and our local news didn't mention his testimony...

You should know the meaning of civic duty before responding to the post. Now you look like a fool.
“Civic Duty” refers to actions required by law.
I believe you refer to her civic responsibilities.

I know she never claimed having a strong case. Based on what the media and what she has provided I said she doesn’t have a strong case.
I have been involved in the court process for 35 years.
If you don’t have a strong case you don’t make allegations. She made the allegations for political reasons only.

Idiot it wasn’t just the two alleged attackers. She testified to others being there including life long friend.
This incident was so traumatic no one could recall anything she testified to.
She couldn’t recall who drove her home.
After the incident no one said “what’s wrong”. Did she leave immediately or stay at the party.

    Genius.
Based on the information presented to the public (her testimony, letter to the Post, etc.) what supporting evidence has been presented to anything she has made public. Self serving allegations are not supporting evidence. If you can’t realize that by now your a lost cause.

What the hell are you talking about?

A majority of women who are assaulted feel it is better to just shut up about it...mostly because disgusting turds like you will act toward them the way you do.

She spoke up when SHE decided it was time to do so...when SHE decided it was her civic duty to do so.

And she did so reluctantly...FOR GOOD REASON.

    No...they did not.

    Kavanaugh said it didn't happen.

Judge MAY have said it didn't happen.

No one else said it didn't happen except those two.

SHE certainly did not say it didn't happen. In fact she insisted it DID HAPPEN.

Her friend said she did not see it happen. But...she was not in that room.

It appears that most women do not report assaults...because of what they will get from assholes like you.

If she truly believed Kavanaugh was a rapist and said nothing and allowed him to continue to prey on unsuspecting women then she's a failure as a Citizen.
YOU are a failure as a citizen, Guille...and as a human.

    That is allowed.

Under any circumstances, SHE HAD NO OBLIGATION WHATSOEVER to report the incident at that time.

And yes, I know she didn't actually accuse Kavanaugh of rape but she strongly implied she would have been raped had the assault not been broken up.
Thank you for agreeing with the obvious...namely that she did not accuse Kavanaugh of raping her.

...which is the reason the White House did not want the investigation to be thorough.

It appears as though MOST WOMEN would not have reported it...in large part because of the reactions of assholes like you.

They did not do a thorough investigation.

    They did not interview Ford.

And they did not interview Kavanaugh.

Lucky for Kavanaugh, because he would not have been able to evade actually answering questions like he did with the committee.

She felt it was her civic duty to tell the truth about a nominee for the SCOTUS.

Keep on digging. You deserve it.
