At this point, it should be obvious there will be a floor vote no matter what. The odd thing is though, while usually if mcconnel were to bring something to the floor it should be assumed to be locked up, we can't be 100% confident this time around.

I think the calculation they should probably see in front of them is that they will look way too weak acquiescing to these smear tactics, and the voters will eat them alive. So at this point it's better for republicans to bring it to the floor and have it fail than to pull it entirely. Long way of me saying it's never going to be over until it's over.

Then we have the flake factor and how badly he wants to fuck us or be a little bitch. Given his term is going to be up and he's not going to be a senator anymore, he's ripe for bribes or cushy promotions likely being offered by democrats when he gets out of congress. So I worry about him a bit. We can afford to lose one.
I agree. I consider Flake already gone. The only thing that could keep him in line is if he is arrogant enough to have 2020 or beyond ambitions.

If he decides to pull a McShamnesty and screw this then he will be finished in GOP politics forever. Nobody will ever let him forget it.

So what Flake does really depends on where he thinks his future lies.

I think Corker is a safe vote

Have no clue about Murkowski or Collins.

I think it all hinges on whether Ford shows up or not. IF she doesnít it is going to be hard for republicans to defect.

Donít rule out Manchin, Tester or Heidkamp defecting to Kavanaugh. I donít think it is a safe assumption that they are definite no.

I think the dems are going to try to pull an 11th hour stall like ďRamirez now wants to testify but needs time, and if you donít give her time it isnít fairĒ.

Also we are going to find out if Avenatti is bluffing or not.
    AG Barr is coming

And the response to them, if they try another stall, should be:

SEDITION: incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority.

    Biography:

Grind is one of the internets most beloved and influential political thinkers and deep-level theorists in the modern era. He rose to prominence in early 2015 when he alleged, contrary to the dominant theory of christiefanism of the time, that Bill Clintons wife was indeed running for president and wasn't considering settling down to be a grandmother. In 2016, Grind was one of the key figures in proposing the new revolutionary theory of "30% is not a rare occurrence" which shook up the JPP political landscape like no other theory ever had before. His academic prowess, deep-level analysis and remarkable insight into human nature and psychology will undoubtedly result in further complexities being untangled and laid bare. He currently resides in boston, his hobbies include #rekking libs, vaping, and patriotism. You can find him in a thread near you.

I think it's hilarious on how Fords attorney is trying to dictate ever aspect of the hearing on Thursday. Is it true that she's paid for by Soros?

It may be a "cash on delivery" deal, Soros is a greedy liberal, you know.

if they do end up nominating kavanaugh and it ends up they only dragged this out to make the dems go as ugly as possible then this could have been a brilliant strategy.

This shit is getting ridiculous. Now a third accuser is saying Kav put his dick in her face! Can she describe it in detail? Was it long and thin or thick and short? Or was it big enough to choke her to death?
The left is going off the rails on this. Have the vote NOW!

Another interesting fact is these accusers are all Dems. I guess Republican women weren't/aren't assaulted.
