Now with a conservative leaning SCOTUS it’s entirely possible for Roe vs. Wade to be overturned but unlikely to happen and if it did there would be serious political consequences for the GOP, which is another reason it’s unlikely to happen.

However I think that if Kav isn’t seated by the midterms and Dems win the Senate (unlikely to happen), Dems would be well within their rights not to give Kavanaugh a vote till after the 2020 Presidential election.

Now if that were to happen I’m reasonably sure the GOP would provide far more comedy then Dems have. I’d probably have a stroke laughing if it did happen.
