You know what it really is- Apparently, there is a war on women that the Republicans started.

The Republicans are trying to take a power grab, and put someone on the Supreme Court that has made a commitment to the Republican Right Wing fringe groups to cast votes to overturn Roe Vs. Wade. In other words they declared war on Women's rights.

That is why, only 15% of his bench decisions, over the length of his career, have been turned over for Congress's review for his approval hearing. Many of his decisions, over the length of his career, involved women's issues. The Republicans did not want them available for review, because many of Kavanaugh's past decisions were not favorable to women or their rights.

Forcing Kavanaugh on to the Supreme court with the most partisan and rushed decision ever made in the US political process is basically just the first battle to what looks like is going to be- a long continuing war on women's rights.

And, this battle was mostly already lost to the Democrats, before it ever started, because the Democrats don't have enough votes on their own without the help of a couple of Republican votes to stop the appointment.

But a new battle in the Republican's war on women is brewing and it will be fought in November!

Let's see who wins that battle!

Attempted rape is not the same as rape. Nobody is a rapist until they have been convicted. If a high school guy is kissing his girlfriend and puts his hand on her breast and she removes his hand, that is "unwanted touching" and therefore sexual assault. Should we remove all males from their positions who have done this?

Court decisions do not have to "turned over" for congressional review. Court decisions are all public which you can find online. Kavanaugh and Garland voted together 93% of the time, so I guess you didn't want Garland, either.

I would answer that, as a US Marine, all I ever saw was shades of green. I worked in a highly technical field that required intelligence, judgement, wisdom, and clear decision making skills. While working in this field, I worked with all shades of green marines who did the job with the utmost professionalism and skills. If that's too wordy for you, I see no difference in race, only sub cultures.
