When OJ was put on trial, did he have to testify first?

Also, when does a person NOT have the right to face their accuser?

That is what Ford is asking for. She is asking us to turn hundreds of years of jurisprudence on its head

actually, I have in fact called a defendant in a civil trial during my case in chief as a hostile witness........I did so because I knew she intended to lie and I was going to be able to prove it.....it worked.......that being said, the defendant still has the right to testify AFTER the plaintiff.......so in essence the defendant testifies twice, before and after.......
