In my area you can buy an older pre-existing no frills ranch home for $100K give or take $20K. This is why lenders require appraisals. not every market is even close to the same.

You really don't get it do you. You really just don't get it. Stick to what you're doing pard, you're participating in the very thing you decry; in your own subjugation. Victimhood and scapegoating is exactly where the power structure wants the unsubstantial people. Divided amongst themselves.

Just keep watching TV, voting and blaming "liberals". Even though "conservatives" are in power.

    Have a nice evening.

You're the one complaining about people with money, not me. You're the one who b*tches about war but wants our economy to go back to a time when we were the sole super power because we survived the war (and other countries were still fooling with communism).

So I'm not a victim to aristocracy and I have no problem living in the most expensive city in the country with some very wealthy people around me even though I'm not one. I'm not mad at people who are successful.

Sounds like Kansas. If it weren't for the wife's ridiculous standards I could find a house somewhere like that and retire tomorrow.

Nothing beats cash on hand or owning an asset.

I spoke about the Federal Reserve and their policies. Do you have any comment on that?

    Review the thread title.

You're the one who mentioned wealthy coast folk versus fly over $30K/year folks.

You bailed out the entire predatory economic system with socialism and the entire world witnessed it. And you will again next time the Wall Street/donor/"job creator" class tanks it; "recovery" always involves wealth redistribution to the ruling aristocracy. Goldman Sachs is a constant fixture of your white house regardless of electoral outcomes and presided over the socialist bailouts across first "conservative" and then "liberal" administrations.

Here’s a list of Goldman Sachs (alone, not Wall Street inclusive) folk who have populated Don’s administration:

    Gary Cohn
    Steve Bannon
    Anthony Scaramucci
    Dina Powell
    Steven Mnuchin
Jim Donovan (backed out after Don appointed him)
    Jay Clayton (SEC head)

There is always a cabal of Goldman Sachs operatives in the white house regardless of electoral outcomes, now I suppose you’re reduced to asserting Don got the “conservative” ones.

    You’re a partisanshithead rube.

So you won't address the main point of the posting regarding the Fed. Do socialists not have opinions on the Fed?

Who said anything about Trump? You gave no definition for you aristocracy. You b*tch about everything but state what you are for.
