(uh, no. This won't be done under AG Jeff Sessions from Alabama)
A majority of our population supports legalization, if this were a functional representative democracy it would have already been done, but we all know we're not.

hahahaha ... I see a brisk trade with Mexico and Canada. Sealed 18-wheelers speeding from Mexico to Canada filled with weed worth millions of dollars.
Wall St. sees a lucrative enterprise and urges Congress to support Free Enterprise and Open Markets. Suddenly, Congress adopts Free Trade and the 'Will of the People' (or at least those on Wall St.) and 'Legalization' is at hand.

The tide has definitely slowed under this administration. To my point much earlier, until the Feds legalize it, U.S pot companies have the burden of paying income taxes without the ability to take standard deductions because the business is illegal.
Once in a while you get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

The Western States have set the 'tone'. There's no turning back. Wall St. has smelled the Profits ... Congress will be 'informed', Rules will be made. Laws will be enacted.
