because we live in reality where when someone makes an accusation like this as a hail mary the evening of a confirmation vote that it's sus as fuck. again, you suck at politics, you actually think this stuff doesn't happen everyday. YOU ACTUALLY BELIEVE in moral politics.

maybe it's just coincidence though this is predictably falling apart. shit another thing I'm right about i just happened to stumble into blindly. wow.

I literally said this would happen months ago when kavanaugh was first nominated. like I saw it coming for months. so god damn obvious.

Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

They are entitled to their opinions. Just like the folks who want to call the judge a drunk rapist. Opinions are all any of us have until this seemingly non-credible accuser puts forth something we can all point to for facts.

I ain't doin' nothin'. Just standing up for someone's right to be heard. If it plays out & she has no credibility, so be it.

Democrats did the same thing to Paula Jones that Republicans are doing here, and Paula Jones was telling the truth. It's just partisanship. Yes, there are times when people ARE lying, or where there are other motivations at play. But people shouldn't pile on an accuser just for the sake of politics. No one on this thread who is questioning her veracity would be saying a thing if she was speaking out against a Dem nominee and you know it.

I'm with you. But I will say this: If someone never made their accusation to authorities at the time of the incident, I have a hard time believing it happened or that they were as traumatized as they are trying say they were. So, right away she's got a big negative with that.

People keep bringing that up, but it really ignores criminal/legal history. It is hardly uncommon for alleged victims to wait months or years to report anything, and there are cases where they never report it or speak about it at all.

It's always talked about like it's just the easiest thing to do, and it's clear that it isn't. I really don't know what happened here, and right now, I don't really believe or disbelieve anything. But it's not outlandish to me that she didn't come out until now, if something did happen.

if women are too weak to go to the police over assaults, that's their problem. they need to women up and not cry baby little girl tears while letting potentially other girls get raped for 35 years. if you want to be taken seriously as a woman, you need to sack up and go to the police when this stuff happens. we don't operate by feelings and rainbows and puppydog eyes

Kavanaugh is rapist and a liar.
Daffy knew of all the prospective judges he was considering, that Kananaugh would be the hardest to get approved. His advisors told him, Kavanaugh would be trouble.
Daffy liked Rapin' Brett because he says he believes a president is above the law.

    Guess what, Daffy.
We have the intellect to imagine the finality of our own demise but do not have the sophistication to overcome our survival instinct and accept it.
Solution? Magical thinking and childish promises of everlasting life.
    Ergo, religion.

    rac·ist
    rāsəst/noun
a person who believes that a particular race is superior to another.
Ask yourself honestly if this describes what you believe to be true.
If the answer is yes, you are a racist.

why wont she testify? the victim is retarded. she wants to wait for the FBI? that's like if I got mugged, but when the police ask me questions, I tell them to go investigate it themselves, and then i'll talk to them when they are done with their investigation. I mean... what? She is the primary witness. There is like nothing to investigate. In any case the FBI doesn't even have jurisdiction on this. The whole thing is pants on head retarded. Like actually, seriously retarded.

Kavanaugh on the other hand is fully ready to go under oath. Believe men. When men speak, they should be believed. #manpower

criminal/legal history actually has something called a statute of limitations. If they were to wait years or decades then the perp doesnt get prosecuted becuse they waited too long. These are some of the literal reasons for the statute

    Witness move, disappear or die.
Their memories fade or potentially become tainted by exposure to the media.
Evidence can be lost or corrupted.

the last two apply perfectly to this case.

So how do you expect the FBI to investigate anything when 1) the main witness wont go under oath 2) they literally have no time place or anything else about the event that happened?
