Also, since they have a written agreement, where certain conditions apply for the agreement to hold, it's doubtful that they have Manafort under oath or that perjury would be an added charge. If Manafort "composed" as you claim he might, it would need to be corroborated or else it just be wouldn't be used.

If Manafort gives Mueller nothing of value, the deal falls apart and Manafort does the full stretch in prison.
