Ditto.
The Orange Nit-wit is riding Obama's coattails, and was extremely fortunate to have a good and growing economy like this handed off to him.
It is like the third string quarterback that replaces the starter in the fourth quarter to babysit a 30 point lead.
Thanks Obama!

and look at what the idiots left Obama and us to deal with
a war we were lied to and that caused more terror world wide
an economy heaved into the dumpster with their deregulation
and a pack of insane voters who cant tell truth from fiction and ended up embracing Russian lies instead of the facts
"It should be obvious to anyone why conservatives and libertarians should be against Trump. He has no grounding in belief. No core philosophy. No morals. No loyalty. No curiosity. No empathy and no understanding. He demands personal loyalty and not loyalty to the nation. His only core belief is in his own superiority to everyone else. His only want is exercise more and more personal power." smb / purveyor of fact 18/03/18
I don't recall tax wise but I avoided the 10% penalty. That was why I cashed it out that particular year. That was going to be the last time I could do it realistically for a few years without paying the penalty. I was also expecting a recession but not nearly close to the one we had with a dead decade.

I feel less proud to be an American, so NO.
"Are you better off ..." is the Reagan standard.
I've never been a huge Reagan fan.
Candidate / Governor Reagan campaigned against President Carter, criticizing Carter's deficit spending.
Reagan campaigned on balancing the budget and paying down the debt.
If I'd believed him I'd have voted for him.
I didn't.
I didn't.
Rightly not.
Not only did President Reagan run up more debt than the president he criticized for it, Carter.
President Reagan ran up more U.S. federal debt than all the other U.S. presidents before him, combined.
The Reagan standard is: "Are YOU better off ...".
Perhaps a more rational standard is: "Are WE as a nation, as a planet better off ... ?"
Seems not. Clearly President Trump is spoiling for a trade war.
Trump has offended both our long time trading partners and our long time military allies.
That by itself is bad enough. But then for Trump to buddy-buddy with some of the worst on Earth, including Putin & KJU, it's just sad.
Are we better off?
No.
And I consider it doubtful President Trump will complete an 8 year term.
