I’m just going with what the WaPo says he’s being charged with, lying to banks to get loans(since when are you commies so up in arms about banks being victimized?), and tax evasion(how would you feel if somebody broke into your home, stole your valuables and used the booty to buy MAGA hats and “assault” rifles?) Fuck the IRS

This is true, might does not always equal right, but it sure helps when might does equal right, like in this case.

So when I said, "...you think tax evaders are heroes?"...you are saying I was correct.

And when I said, "...you do not mind stealing...so long as the theft is from banks and the IRS?"...you are saying I was correct.

Ummm...lemme repeat then: You are one very sick individual.

Because YOU want him to be burned at the stake, I gotta be thinking he is being persecuted at least a little, and just because of his association with the president. And his "victims"? Banks and the IRS. Boo Hoo*sad face*(not), As for the mid-terms? The 2nd trial hasn't even started yet, so don't expect Trump voters to be thinking about this too hard as they go to the polls in November, if at all. How many people do you think are actually conflicted by this stupid shit anyway?
You couldn't be further off base with your half-assed, half-witted analysis if you took a Greyhound bus.

Nobody wants Manafort to be burned anywhere. We just want him to sing like a canary.

We want him to sing like Frank Sinatra....

So you think Manafort is finally going to give up his dirty secrets about Donald Trump secretly meeting with Putin on a tarmac? Even if that happened, how do you know they didn't just talk about grandkids and golf like when Bill Clinton met Loretta Lynch?

You want him to sing what exactly?

Even if he says he knows something, there has to be some other corroborating evidence. It can't just be his word. You know that right?

And the question I will keep asking, but none of you can seem to answer is this.

If Paul Manafort really knew something worth saying why didn't he already give it up to Mueller a year ago? Why did he go through all of this? You can't believe that he is that loyal to Trump? And don't say he thought Trump would pardon him. That is a bogus answer.

By flipping sooner he could have gotten more than any pardon could bring.

If he really had something of substance:

    1) He could have made all of these charges go away from day one.
    2) He would have been lauded a hero by the left.
    3) He would have been a regular on the CNN, MSNBC circuit making millions.
    4) He could have written a book
    5) He could have avoided the lengthy trial
    6) He could have avoided paying all of those legal fees

But he didn't do that did he? Why if he supposedly has dirt like you think he does?

    Very simple...

He wanted to see how his first trial went. He probably thought there was a 50/50 chance or better of acquittal, so why spill all his beans right up front? He's likely saving the really valuable stuff until it becomes a last resort. Which is what it's probably becoming right around now.

    Trick question.

No such thing as a right-wing brain.

    That makes absolutely ZERO sense

First of all, why would you implement that strategy when it is no better than a coin flip? Would you?

You are saying that he would gamble on a 50:50 proposition instead of taking a 100% chance of saving his wealth and no jail time? I don't buy it.

I think you are about to be massively disappointed. But, don't worry, I don't expect you to disabuse yourself of the notion that there was RUSSIAN COLLUSION. Your entire 2016 existence is wrapped up in it. You have to believe it. To do otherwise would force you to rethink the entire election. You are incapable of that

BTW Manafort isn't making a plea on any issues of collusion or conspiracy.

Lying to banks to get loans translates in the Alt Left Universe as Russian collusion Trump used to steal the election.
