I have to say, the leftists have not disappointed me during the confirmation hearings of the distinguished, well qualified Brett Kavanaugh.

They are nothing if not entertaining.

My question is what do lefties really think they are accomplishing? Do they really think they are going to torpedo his confirmation? Do they really think they are going to slow it down?

Is their end game trying to get Murkowski and Collins to "flip"?

I actually think their best bet would be to try to get Flake to flip as he is leaving and it would be a final McShamnesty fuck you. The good news is that McShamnesty's replacement would offset Flakes vote.

But, seriously, what is the democrat party's end game with their antics? Do they really think they are changing hearts and minds or is this just for their demented base like Domer and Deshtard?

Kavanaugh is very unimpressive. He has covered his past and lied like a typical Repub. We all know he is a believer in the imperial presidency. he will protect Trump to the end. We know he is pro birther. He should just say it. The repubs have the votes. He is lying anbout talking with lawyers concerning Mueller. He does not have to lie. If he walked in dragging the bodies of his daughters by the hair, the reds would still rubber stamp him. He has the opportunity to be open and honest. he is rejecting it. He could open the paperwork of his fun times with the Starr Comm. He could tell all about his love of torturte during Bush. It will not matter. the repubs are good little soldiers.
