I understand how hard it is for your kind to deal with reality, and truth, however, there are many reasons why one may keep their security clearances after leaving a job such as CIA director. It is more likely that a subservient peon such as yourself would not have a need for such a clearance upon retirement, however, that does not apply to all. As to a link, which your kind are too lazy to research for yourself, here is one example of where ex-directors do talk to each other. What they do in private is another matter:

"2Timothy 3 "But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away"
