Default Iran creates ' Action Group ' to change American behaviour.

US creates Iran Action Group to ‘change regime’s behavior’

The US is creating a so-called Iran Action Group, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has announced, adding that Brian Hook will lead the group in order to spur "international support for our efforts."
Speaking at the Thursday State Department briefing, Pompeo claimed that the world is demanding change in Iran's behavior, so that it "finally acts like a normal country." He added that Hook will lead an Iran Action Group to "galvanize international support for our efforts."

Hook said the US wants to "promote a brighter future for the Iranian people," adding that the "Iran regime has been a force for instability and violence."

Just who do the Iranians think they are ? What sort of a country interferes in the internal life of another state and has the arrogance to think that it actually has a right to do so ?
Iran should be taken before the Security Council and every individual who cooked up this appalling scheme should be internationally sanctioned with arrest warrants lodged in every country.

Can you believe the gross paranoia ? Just imagine if Americans acted like that ?

Geez- they'll be interfering in the US elections next.

We don't know what happened after that . "

the problem with iran is they want to do whatever they want in their own country without licking the proverbial american bootheel. It doesnt work that way. They are free to genocide their people all they want but they need to knuckle under first.

In Irans particular situation we would most likely assign them to be one of the helpers of KSA which is our chosen vassal in the area.

Iran should be prosperous and stable. They straddle the oil corridor.

Do you know what motivates the Mullahs?

thats the problem. they want to be too prosperous and stable and contest for the top spot in the region. We already deputized the saudis for the region if only iran would follow the world order then they can be prosperous too.

Iran has wanted a footprint on the Arabian peninsula since 1979... and control of Mecca and Medina. Both are unreasonable IMO.

The Saudis want them to stop funding Hezbollah and HAMAS because they think both have become obstacles to any peaceful resolution in Palestine.

And of course they want an end to al Houthis violence in Yemen.

those are specifics and they hardly matter. In essence Iran wants to be in the spot the KSA is in. that is why they are having a shitty time. We chose the KSA to be our local goons in the area and by and large they have been effective. Iran needs to respect that and aspire to the number 2 role. AMbition is good but too much ambition is bad.

I think Kudzu would be more on your side than on moonbats. He seems to prioritize the KSA over other things which means he would prioritize israel over iran and the other dirtbag countries in the region.

wut? they cant both be number 1. Letting 2 countries fight for the number 1 spot like france and germany would work in more civilized areas but were talking about the literal shadowlands here. We need a clear heirarchy or else it all goes bad.

There's some stinking thinking in this .. Its as if my country can't be successful unless yours is broken and impoverished.
