Detroit Democrat Bettie Cook Scott on Her Asian Opponent: “Don’t Vote for the Ching-Chong”
Democrat Bettie Cook Scott stood outside the polling stations on Tuesday and urged voters not to cast a ballot for her Asian opponent.
Scott told the voters, “Don’t vote for ching-chang!” and don’t vote for “ching-chong.

Unfortunately, Americans who only watch CNN MSNBC, will NEVER hear about it.
But by God like I said if her opponent had stated don't vote for jigaboo all hell would break loose!

good lord.. SMH
I recently had a black female customer come in and say she would never go to "those chinks" referring to a Korean competitor. I'm sure she was trying to be backhandedly complimentary to me, but geez.
My assistant told me later that I literally raised my eyebrows
I kept my mouth shut anyways.

And she's a Black DEMOCRAT woman, Comrade. Triple indemnity!
BTW, she said it.
Nineteen community groups called on state Rep. Bettie Cook Scott Tuesday to apologize for using racial slurs to describe her opponent in the Aug. 7 primaries for state Senate, according to a release from Progress Michigan.
Both Scott and her opponent, Rep. Stephanie Chang, are Democrats who represent Detroit in the Michigan House of Representatives. Both are running for a state Senate seat. According to Progress Michigan, Scott was heard on Aug. 7 telling people at a primary-day polling place that "these immigrants from China are coming over and taking our community from us."
Scott's office told the Free Press that no one would be available to comment until next week.

What do you think is the appropriate level of attention, in national media, when it comes to allegations that there were racial slurs used by an obscure third-place finisher in a primary race for a state legislative position? I'm probably more sensitive to slurs being thrown at an Asian American woman than most people here, but it doesn't strike me as the kind of thing CNN or MSNBC should be covering, when, even if it turns out it really happened, it would merely be a knock against someone we've never heard about at the national level, who already lost her primary badly, in a fairly minor election. I mean, I totally get why a propaganda outlet like Gatewaypundit would hype it. They've got a whole theme of saying black Democrats are the real racists, and if they have to reach all the way down to a vanquished primary opponent in a race for a minor office, to push that theme, they're going to do it. But I'd be a bit disappointed if CNN or MSNBC used some of their limited airtime to cover that nationally.
