I learned the hard way that spray tans are not very long-lasting. Had to have an angiogram done following that stroke years ago. It was summer and I thought "Ugh, I don't want them to see my pasty paleness and freckles," so got a spray tan beforehand. Guess what? That sticky adhesive tape they use for IVs and for the heart monitor leads take that fake tan right off. My torso looked like I'd been attacked by an angry octopus. lol
