I cannot speak to the opinions of others. However her total inability to understand the total lack of care for SCI information would be the number one thing I would have gone to prison for when I worked in Intel in the US military and I believe is the number one reason for the death and imprisonment of US agents during the total dismantling of Humint in China at an unprecedented scale during her tenure as SOS.
