Huge bureaus will be built and dismantled anyway. It is inevitable.
They serve the people. 'The people' currently includes a huge number of boomers who are surprisingly still breathing. Many are retired, which does afford more time to become informed; and immersed in politics. That includes voting in greater percentages than the young.

Interesting you use this as your argument when Conservatives are constantly posturing anonymously how much more $$ they're making, or how better off they are under Trump.
Because they're not white supremacists. You clearly are.
