They did not choose Maduro for their leader. We did not arrest their leader . We arrested a murdering criminal thug that smuggles drugs into the US.

Why are you having so much trouble understanding that it's not the arrest, but the way it was handled. You can't tell me there was no other way for us to get our hands on Maduro. In fact, why wasn't trump bothered by this during his first term? His State Dept. knew about Maduro's abuses.

They tried to get Maduro to leave on his own but he refused.

In August 2017, the administration of Donald Trump imposed sanctions which prohibited Venezuela's access to U.S. financial markets, and in May 2018, expanded them to block purchase of Venezuelan debt.

Two of the podcast journalists I follow are reporting from Iran and they recently moved to the far south of Iran because they expect the US and israel to start bombing Tehran sometime soon, within weeks or a month.

It is called lead from behind. We wanted Venezuelans to do it, not Americans, and maybe get some regime change out of it all. Instead, we have a regime that is more entrenched as they blame everything on America.

Now the opposition leader is forced to hand her Nobel Prize to trump to try to get him to stop acting like a petulant child.
