My particular credentials were Education of the Developmentally Handicapped K -12 .... But then they know that ...they have a copy of my credentials along with everything else she shared...;)

Background checks??? HAHAHA. You are 30 years behind the times. If you want to be a teacher and are non-white , you get the job.
