    Damo let me know when you stop being mad at me for kicking your ass on the birth control thing. I know you are fuming. I hope SF's head didn't actually pop open...he hasn't been seen since, and you have been very cranky towards me even though I know you will play all dumb and say who me? I know when you beat men it takes a long time for them to stop fuming and plotting their revenge. I will wait until you feel better. When enough time passes you'll be able to convince yourself that you beat me and then you will feel okay again.

    Damo I've asked about this before and no one ever answers me. Now that you have those huge monster faces in smileys, I can't see anything other than the top row. What happened to all of the other smileys? I don't remember their names so I can't use them.

I survived the second round of layoffs in my area this year...

Since 2001 the company I work for has been laying people off (I didn't work for them then, I was a contractor with a team of employees. I sold the contract and secured employment at the company for my team after the second round of layoffs. So far we're all still here). We haven't gone one month since the first layoffs without hearing about another round somewhere in the company.

This year, in our area alone, there have been two layoffs, this last one got about 7% of the people

Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot Open the Outlook Window

That annoying error message kept appearing, no matter how many times I applied the recommended fixes from Microsoft and other places... Naturally I kept searching for something...

Finally I came across an obscure command that I hadn't seen and thought I'd give it a try. Since it worked I thought I'd immortalize it here today...

Capturing a Swarm of Bees...

Well, today I get a call from my wife at work, she tells me that the bees swarmed. This after I checked and found no signs of swarming about two weeks ago. Of course, at first I didn't believe her, such a young hive? Almost unheard of!

Well the Bees Survived the Winter...

As the title suggests, my bee hive is thriving after its first winter. It's always interesting to look into a hive and see only females with no drones, but the girls kill the drones at the beginning of winter as they add nothing to the hive but mouths, the queen will be laying a few drone cells soon and there should be some of the hairy beasts in there for my summertime.
