Dude says it was "self-defense"... I guess he was afraid he'd be infected with gay if he allowed him to deliver the Skittles to his brother so he could "taste the rainbow"...

I still can't understand what the frick is keeping these people from arresting this guy.

Agreed, he should have been arrested a long time ago. He called 911, was told by the operator to NOT follow the kid, yet he did and the kid was killed as a result. To proclaim this self defense or even pretend it is in absurd.

Chiefs name is Lee. Zimmerman also had a battery charge against a police office dropped for some reason. The guy has a history of violence and yet no arrest.

Oh, I see, you as usual couldn't grasp the point. This is about state's rights vs a strong federal government, and why blacks, and to a lesser extent women (many white women will vote in racial rather than gender solidarity) have historically supported a strong federal government over state's rights.

This has absolutely nothing to do with your post, and you attempt at diversion.

State's rights and a very limited central government are a part of the Libertarian ideology as exposed right here by STY who, right in lockstep, is arguing that the fed has no jurisdiction in this case.

Every non-libertarian needs an excuse for why, in America, they choose to practice a brand of politics which does not defend freedom or promote liberty to the extent that libertarians do.

Ahh now the prosecution part you have a point about. I'm reasonably sure race entered into whatever excuse Zimmerman has for a thought process. I'm also reasonably sure I'm correct that he's a moron with a gun and a power trip.

I honestly don't know who I'm more pissed off at. Zimmerman for killing this poor kid or the morons in the local PD who didn't arrest his stupid ass.

Why do you assume it didn't anger me? It does. The asshole should be in jail. Period.

But that doesn't give you license to slander Libertarians and pretend that they support the actions (or rather inaction) of this police department (which lies in a heavily democratic precinct by the way).

Again, the point you cannot grasp is that this racist behavior occurred in a heavily Democratic precinct. The point you cannot grasp is that Libertarians do not oppose ALL Federal powers. The point you cannot grasp is that you have NO FUCKING IDEA what Libertarians support.
