obama blocks texas voter id law

Voter ID laws are solutions in search of a problem. They're ostensibly designed to prevent actions that are already illegal and rarely occur - the same argument Righties use to dispute hate crime statutes. But they don't see the parallel.
 
unless they provide free ID cards to those who cannot afford one, it will continue to be a problem. iirc, when you register to vote, you have to provide identification. i fail to see the issue liberals are crying about over voter identification.
 
People need a photo ID to cash a check or use a credit card in many instances. Where is the outcry? You sadly stupid lefty morons.

most states do not require re-registration if you voted in the previous presidential election so a persons voter id may lapse while a person is still eligible to vote

also, school ids used to be sufficient for voter registration and these have been excluded in the states requiring voter ids

I agree. There is a group that we don't want voting. People who are not legally able to vote. If you want to talk about a political party who prevented a group from voting then all you have to do is look at the Demoncrap party and the KKK, which was founded for that very purpose. Why do you think any black conservative drives Demoncraps so crazy?

if you think that the dems are so opposed to blacks voting then why are the dems leading the fight to restore voting rights and the reps opposing voting rights
 
Voter ID laws are a solution in serach of a problem.

Produce some evidence that voter impersonation is an issue.
