As much as I find it hard to agree with Yurt and his constant anality over words. He is right to point out that changing one's mind on an issue is not hypocrisy per se, more a question that Pat Robertson has seen the light and recanted his previously held views.

Obama has dropped the ball on this. It fits right in with the rights freedom and small gov stances. Now you have right icons pat and judge nepolitano calling for decrim of pot. It's at least millions of votes and could put Romney over the top.
