Silly logic. Would you determine the # of people who use illegal drugs by examining how many have been convicted of illegal drug use?

Um...yes. Are you suggesting otherwise, because that would be speculation?

Yes, surveys indicate widespread use of illegal drugs, and only a small percentage of those drug users are EVER convicted. 10% of Americans use illegal drugs. 10% of Americans have not been convicted for their drug use.

Cite the source of your figures, and then explain how "surveys" constitute proof of guilt in felony cases.

• In Ohio, a statewide survey found four instances of ineligible persons voting or attempting to vote in 2002 and 2004, out of 9,078,728 votes cast - a rate of 0.00004%.

• Despite the invocation of fraud as support for the new Georgia law, Georgia Secretary of State Cathy Cox has stated that she could not recall one documented case of voter fraud relating to the impersonation of a registered voter at the polls during her ten-year tenure
.

• Nationwide, since October 2002, 52 individuals have been convicted of federal crimes relating to election fraud (including several offenses not remedied by ID requirements), while 196,139,871 ballots have been cast in federal general elections. Statistically, Americans are more likely to be killed by a bolt of lightning."

The fact that this crime is almost never committed can be attributed in part to the severe penalties already in place under existing law. Most states and the federal government have criminalized election fraud.

Why have they fought to end early voting?

WHY?????

how is that anything but an attempt to make it harder to vote?

Hilarious that you still whine about it even though you've been shown time and again that voter fraud is almost non existent!

I'm gonna guess even a genius like you could not prove underage drinking without Id. Please tell me Obama care requires no id, I need a good laugh.

I have played by the rules all my life and paid my taxes. I'll be damned if I'm gonna roll over and let some illegal cancel out my vote.

Can you cite any instances of "some illegal' cancelling out your vote, Failias?

See how their circular logic works?

"We can't find any evidence which of course PROVES voter fraud is a common occurrence!"

Ive not made any assertions about the level of voter fraud. You are the one doing that, without any evidence. And now your left with making up quotes and slaying the strawman of your own creation.

yes you did.

you said the fraud exsists but we cant find it.

How did you do that? I would presume, anyone who voted under a fake identity, would likely never even be discovered. Silly logic. Would you determine the # of people who use illegal drugs by examining how many have been convicted of illegal drug use?

right here.

And why do you keep calling the Bush five years study nonexsistant?

By putting up road blocks to keep them from getting registared in time to vote, by making it cost these tax payers money to vote.
