My niece goes to a rival school in KC. She knows this girl and essentially Brownbacks tantrum has made her a local celebrity.... even among rivals. Brownback is f'in retarded to have had a hissy fit over this. The girls principal is an idiot for telling her to apologize. She already has a dozen plus lawyers offering their pro-bono services to hammer the school if it takes action against her for refusing to apologize.

She didn't make claims about comments he made. She made a claim about saying something directly to him herself. She stated she was just joking around with friends on twitter.

Brownback did contact the Youth in Government program (and whine like a bitch) who did contact her school, her principal then demanded she write an apology. She is refusing. That is as far as it has gotten.

This is hardly a partisan attack. He is being mocked by 99% of Kansas right now... conservatives and liberals alike. As this gains national attention, he will be mocked across the country as well (not that he wasnt already)
