:lol: There were about 5 people rallied in Winston-Salem over the weekend supporting your "movement". When I went to a TEA event last year there were several thousand.

There were thousands of protests world-wide over the weekend
175 people were arrested in Chicago alone.
There were four protests on 90 mile long Cape Cod alone.
The TP is about to be forgotten, and a true grass roots movement is just begining.
On a side note, Gov. Deval Patrick was well received at the Boston demonstration, where he expressed support of the movement.

And you are clueless. How about the lobby for handicapped persons? Or Veterans? or Special Ed? Policy is the problem with WA. How lobbyists are allowed access is the problem. If you do not like Union lobby- then how do you support their money and influence of these protests?
The Tea Party movement should meet with the Wall Street movement. These are frustrated people who feel left behind because of government rules and rulings. The Tea Party also feels government is broken. It seems both are grassroots, we the people movements or claim to be, so find a common ground and rise up together.
It is becoming an international movement. The Internet is changing the ways of thevworld in ways we have not, yet, fully realized.
The 1% can afford virtualy unlimited lobbying and do. The rest of us can't.
Lobbying is corruption.
People who have needs can contact their reps.
Such contact is meaningless at this point, since the Pols listen to the biggest checkbook and DGAF what their constituents have to say.

You mean instead of being a party line voter, be a responsible one? But that would mean people really do have the power and have to take responsibility- it means they have to address congress and not hang out on Wall Street getting high, shitting on public vehicles and stuff.
