Thank you. I respect that.

But when the thread starts with "God Bless America! .......This video will make liberals angry." and when some liberals says the video doesn't make them angry it moves to "were probably even sadder when we started killing the haji's that attacked us.", its hard to see this as remembering.

Although, as I think about it, I am sure the video made some liberals mad. Seeing those explosions, the towers falling, and my fellow citizens dying always makes me mad too.

But I saw this thread as baiting liberals and chest-beating. Not remembrance.

What we see on forums day in and day out is the left mock and ridicule Christianity, then turn right around and defend Islamists who preach hate from their mosques by using our right to "freedom of religion".

That's the problem.

I have seen that. And considering the group that travels around protesting military funerals and waving signs that say "God hate fags" claim to be good christians, its not a hard connection to make.

But I do not convict anyone based solely on their religous beliefs. I know muslims that are kind, gentle people.



The problem with free speech is that either the hate speech of the imams is protected or we don't have freedom of speech. I am not one of those who would sacrifice freedom for a false sense of security.

The group you are speaking of is condemned by everyone. They do not represent Christianity.

This is the DOUBLE STANDARD of the left. This is exactly why so many Americans are upset with the left's ideology. You use a very small insignificant group who we both agree are not representative of Christianity and their hate speech, and then you turn right around and defend the hate speech of of Islam that has the sole purpose of destruction and murder and Islamic rule.

I noticed that you left off the other people who are blocking those protests; but then, they refer to themselves as Christians also.

I see that there are a great deal more imams preaching hate than there are ministers protesting funerals. But I do not see that all muslims are terrorists. And that is the crux of the matter.

But whether there is one or one million, either we have freedom of speech or we don't.

They were not part of the discussion. Neither were the muslims who condemned the terrorist acts.

The point of the discussion was the comparison, however inaccurate, between imams preaching hate and christians preaching hate.
