If businesses are so skittish about expansion because higher taxes MAY be just two years away, then by that same logic, businesses should NEVER want to expand. Because, with a national election every 4 years, higher taxes are at the MOST, 4 years away.

But trotting out that phony excuse sure does making excuses for your Rightie masters easy though, don't it?

You state that higher taxes are four years away as though it is fact. That is an assumption on your part. How about you stick with the facts of the present and make your case based on that instead of imagination.

There is a HUGE difference between anticipating the possibility that a new congress will pass new legislation which raises taxes, and waiting for taxes to increase AUTOMATICALLY because the current law has a sunset clause. I clearly stated that they could make the current law permanent, and still raise taxes through direct action later, and the action of taking the sunset clause out of the equation would have a positive effect on economic growth.

As things stand, taxes WILL go up UNLESS congress takes action. That is just a BIT (huge, enormous, gigantic) different than worrying about taxes going up IF congress takes action.

In short, you mindless liberal twits with your mandatory DNC lobotomies are the ones making excuses. You cannot stand to see a single negative word written about your precious Savior or your mommy government political party. You have your heads so far up the donkey's ass, reality has been reduced to equine flatulence, and you want to blame elephants for the bad smell.

And, of course, we have ALL the continuous rhetoric about how the Bush tax cuts are destroying the economy, and the rich need to pay their fair share, and big corporations need to pay more, etc, etc, etc. How is that NOT "TAX!!!!"

I can admit that, in this case, i did leave out one phrase that makes my comment make a bit more sense...
