Like I said - if FEMA botched this, you'd have 5-6 threads going already. Brownie was not qualified to head FEMA.

Then told Brownie, the man who was a champion horse breeder prior to getting the political appointment to be head of FEMA, how he was doing a "heck of a job."!

Your gullibility is amazing....Obama was forced to leave his super deluxe vacation for the rich because Martha's Vineyard was under a mandatory evacuation.....you don't think he actually cut his golf vacation short voluntarily do you ?....Obama and FEMA have done what they do best during this hurricane.....nothing...and he could have done that from anywhere in the country.

White House chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, let the cat out of the bag when he said, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste — and what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things that you didn’t think you could do before.”....in this case its convince pinheads they were on top of the situation caring for the little people....

Not really. I never made any comment about Bush & how he monitored Katrina. Even though you claimed I did make such a comment, and now refuse to admit that you lied about that.

Correct....the attack on 9/11 was hundreds of times more serious to NY and the financial/business health of the US than this hurricane....

Blanco and Nagin, the Chocolate City man, were DIRECTLY responsible for their citizens.....THEY are the ones familiar with the resources on hand in that city, that were or are available for immediate use to save lives...not some bureaucrats that live thousands of miles away that have no direct local knowledge of that states resources....your perspective is that a ignorant, partisan hack that MUST believe what his propagandists tell him to believe....
Obama did absolutely nothing for victims of the hurricane...but certainly will in the aftermath, just as Bush did after Katrina.....but as usual, the double standard is alive and well and BDS is still , after all this time as virulent, malignant, and poisonous as it was in 2001.

Katrina makes this hurricane look like an April shower.....and I was in the middle of it
