At the opening this morning the stocks were up, as much as 300 points (a bit more) at times.
The stories on the Stock sites were cheering on the "rebound"... Not so much now. People expected the FED to print more cash and try more quantitative easing. While they did set rates in stone until at least 2013, with an unprecedented 3 dissenting votes due to the extended promise of low rates, it doesn't appear as if the QE3 will be any better than a QE 2.1...
