It is true that I take a risk by choosing to not own a gun; hence, there is no contradiction between my position on concealed carry and my decision to not own a gun. Perhaps in the future I will change my mind.

and to think it all started with Joe Kennedy, dealing in the unregulated stock market of the day, engaging in tactics like insider trading and market manipulation....
if there was any justice, Joe would have ruled his "family" from the inside of a jail cell.......but instead, his future family grew to rule the pinheads of Democrat Party.

You clearly no little of Joe Kennedy. He made his money as a bootlegger during prohibition.... THAT was ILLEGAL. He then invested in the market and manipulated the crap out of it from what is now known as insider information. It was his skill at manipulating the markets that made FDR put him in charge of the SEC when it was formed. FDR wanted him to make sure no one else could do to the financial system what he and other powerful families had done. Which is why insider trading became illegal, as did naked shorting of stocks (though this practice is still done by large investment firms with little to no penalty from the SEC).
 
Can you guy's get off this notion that we go after rich criminals. Joe had boat loads, rich criminals like Lindsey Lohan get rehab, a black dude in the projects gets 20 to 30 for dealing.

Don't know why you get so bent \(\(/)/ 12,000 murders and a few thousand kids killed in accidents is all that happens annually.

We are not as smart as Europe and you can't expect redneck gun lovers to take on that challange, when they are soo proud of finishing High School.
