Does anyone have any evidence that this lunatic read any of that bullshit? I called the righties out on the torture stuff and argued against it. I am not defending either side.

And Glenn Beck says he doesn't promote violence, BUT the nut that set out to murder the people at the Tides Foundation fingered Beck as the one that showed him they were a dire threat to America.

Answer this...WHY did Palin remove the crosshairs map from her website right after a bullet passed through the head of one of HER targets? Shouldn't she have taken her own advice?

The elections were over in NOVEMBER. She took the map off her site the DAY of the shooting, right after a bullet passed through the head of one of the people she targeted on her map.

Is there any connection between the lunatic murderer and Palin's map? Any evidence he has ever seen it? Any evidence that he listens to talk radio or is a conservative or tea party member???

I am blaming Palin for being irresponsible and dangerous with her violent rhetoric and imagery, and I am blaming the right for reveling in and embracing this sick aura of violence and intimidation which is THEIR MO, an MO that is not equally shared by the left.

Do I accept any blame? NONE. My standards have not changed. I argued against this BEFORE this tragedy. And I will continue to argue against that kind of sick, irresponsible rhetoric and imagery until the day I die.

Palin, Beck, Angle, Bachmann, Tancredo KNOW that kind of talk fires up their base. It is NOT happenstance.

I fund-raise for SarahPAC all the time. I also donate myself – I’m in the FEC disclosures – God help me if my wife finds out, because I’ll be doing this from a bunker 500 feet below the earth’s surface in Montana. But, I do put my money where my big mouth is. ;-)

I have two sites which sell merchandise linked here. On the swag site — North Star Promotions, 10% of the take goes to SarahPAC. The North Star Group Amazon site is my other one — it sells products that Gov. Palin likes, uses or has referred to.

This site costs me about $700/year to maintain. My authors and I spend a good 30 hours a week each aside from our regular jobs on Sarah stuff. Trust me, this is a labor of love.

How about we BOTH continue to argue against baseless allegations and vitriolic accusations without any evidence?

I can't blame Palin for this shooting without proof, but I also can't defend what she did. IMO, it created a climate for this to happen. When she first put up that sick map, I joined those who called her out immediately after she did it, before any blood was shed.

It is/was a tactic used by both sides of the aisle, and while arguably distasteful, it had nothing to do with the shooting of Congresswoman Giffords. Like you, the perpetrator was simply an angry person. Most liberals on this site are reasonable, decent folk... you're not one of them.

It is NOT used by both sides. Yes, there are small traces of it from the left, but the right OWNS IT, embraces it and uses it to charge up their base. It is 'macho' and it makes the right feel empowered. Where it is totally repulsive to liberals. The condolences are HOLLOW...where were you when Palin posted that shit on her website...probably defending HER rights to post it.
