I havent heard the full details yet. Iran says that Trump has agreed to all 10 of their points but Trump just mentioned the word negotiate.
Here is my standard though. If Iran gets sanctions relief, the ability to charge to pass thru Hormuz, and get to keep their current govt in the same anti us form then i would have considered Trump to have lost.
Honestly if we cant even beat Iran we might as well just give up to China already.
