"Trump stunned Americans with a bombshell fact: "If we captured 50% of the fraud in this country right now, we'd have better than a balanced budget." Yeah, when pigs fly.
Notice that trump never gave any details for how he arrived at that number. I suspect we'll be seeing the details when frogs grow hair.
