1. Just before the 2020 election Joe biden said “We have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” Read off a teleprompter so not a slip of the tongue.

2. In the 2020 election Trump had huge leads in the battleground states with 70% of the votes counted and then it all vanished.

3. The state of PA sent out millions of no-excuse absentee ballots even though to STATE CONSTITUTION bans doing that

4. Hillary got 66 million votes in 2016 and kammy got 75 mill in 2024. In 2020 biden got 81.3 million even though everybody knew he was senile and a serial child molester.

That is the average of fraudulent voting, meaning every four of a million may be fraudulent.

The Heritage Foundation did not produce the statistic you’re thinking of, but their data is what other researchers used to calculate extremely small fraud rates. The “.0004%” (or similar microscopic percentages) come from independent analyses that used Heritage’s database as the raw source.
