It will prevent all the illegals they allowed in to vote that's how. Ultimately though we have to remember that illegals are still counted in population numbers which affects the number of representatives in congress. democrats depend on that control the votes in congress. We also need to change who gets counted in the census.

Wow. Your cult delusions just keep getting more an more delusional. Are you not aware that the reality is no one is allowed to vote more than once. When the first ballot is recorded as belonging to a specific voter then any other ballots from that voter are rejected. That is why someone can't vote absentee and then show up on election day and vote again.
