A good system to give up smoking

True. That's entirely a different problem. Solution? Take responsibility.
Agreed, but as JPP proves daily, they lack the spine and the will to do so. It's easier for them to hate on others and blame them with inflated lies.

Examples:
I feel sorry for you being as hate filled as you. Dutch too for giving you the thumbs up. I have never wished death and sickness on anyone. Never will either. So glad Im not like you. Really. And BTW,....just to show you who are are in bed with. When Dutch was going thru his battle with cancer,.....I wished him well with that. Told him to keep his spirits up and fight,....that he would be ok in the end. And now he gives you the thumbs up for wishing a cruel death on me. Yeah.............Im nothing like him either and its a great blessing that Im not.
BTW........don't say I didn't try to warn you. I wouldn't want to be you that's for sure. in the end EVERYBODY gets EXACTLY what's coming to them.

It's a tougher habit to break than smoking. I think it's because of more intense nicotine hit.

I've tried it, but mostly smoked until I quit at age 50.
I remember a Danish guy I met at Vail aprè ski that offered me his snuff. I could barely walk and he had to escort me home. Not fun!

Sounds like it wasn't normal snuff since I've never heard of that reaction before. I've tried both snuff, Copenhagen, and chew, Red Man. It was great for areas where no smoking is allowed, but overall, I preferred the smoking addiction.
Nicotine is a highly addictive stimulant that causes significant cardiovascular strain, including increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, and constricted blood vessels. Immediate adverse effects include dizziness, headaches, nausea, tremors, and throat irritation. Long-term use contributes to atherosclerosis, heart disease, stroke, and impaired adolescent brain development.

Nicotine is also an effective insecticide.

Nicotine Spray
Place one or two cigarettes in a quart of warm water and let stand over night. The nicotine that is released is a deadly poison to many insects. Strain and place the mixture in a spray bottle and spray directly on problem insects. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Do not use on tomato plants or roses of any kind.

Think that's the reaction he experienced?
